Booking Conditions

• The party booking the room is responsible for the room hire fees and for all additional costs incurred.
• A deposit of 20% is required on booking – pending receipt of the deposit, the room will be held for 48 hours.
• The remaining fee will be due one week prior to the commencement of the booking.
• The following cancellation fees will apply:
  • More than 28 days = NIL
  • 7-28 days = 20% of the total booking fee
  • Less than 7 days = 100% of the booking fee
