This one day programme is intended for experienced practitioners and newly qualified mediators seeking to extend their knowledge, skill and understanding of facilitative option generation. Participants will explore and practice techniques in keeping with the facilitative mediation model as described in the Australian National Mediation Standards*.

Attend an ACDC Mediation Course to learn and practise the steps to mediate effectively.

When workplace disputes arise, clever managers call in the mediators to help to bring their workplaces back on track.  It may be a case of ‘he said, she said’ that seems impossible to sort out; years of entrenched miscommunication may suddenly come to a head, or other work colleagues may declare they have had enough.  It may be that a formal grievance is put aside to see if mediation might have some benefit.
