“I attended the 5-day online mediation training course in November 2022 facilitated by Lisa & Bianca. The course content was comprehensive and backed up by excellent written material. The course leaders (Bianca & Lisa) were outstanding - their delivery of the content was very engaging. Overall, they came across as having deep expertise in mediation and a passion for training and coaching others. The individual coaches were also excellent. Administration was efficient and responses to queries, etc. timely" – Anthony
