ADC leads the field in ADR:

  • ADC’s Mediation Training and Accreditation is recognised as an approved course by Charles Sturt University. Graduates of ADC’s Mediation Training and Accreditation are eligible for credit for the subject: LAW517 Mediation: Process and Uses in the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters of Dispute Resolution Courses at Charles Sturt University (CSU)
  • ADC’s Mediation Training and Accreditation programme is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).Participants who have completed ADC’s mediation training course are eligible to apply for Associate Membership of CIArb while those who have also successfully completed ADC’s Mediation Accreditation Programme are eligible to apply for Membership of CIArb

Mediation Accreditation

Mediation course participants seeking formal recognition of their skills are eligible to enrol in ADC’s accreditation program. Accreditation opportunities are also open to experience-qualified practitioners seeking current certification. Please contact us directly to discuss this option.

ADC’s Mediation Training meets the requirements set out in sections 4 and 5 of the National Mediator Approval Standards. This will enable you to apply for National Accreditation at the completion of your training. Click HERE to view the National Mediator Accreditation Standards. [NMAS]

Participants wishing to become ADC Accredited mediators and apply for recognition under NMAS should undertake our additional Accreditation Day.

Successful candidates will receive an ADC Accreditation Certificate, valid for two years, and will be eligible to apply for accreditation under NMAS. For those seeking insurance as part of the requirements for National Accreditation, please find more information through our insurance provider AON.

To achieve ADC Accreditation, candidates are assessed in accordance with the Industry benchmark competency standards of excellence. Interested candidates are required to register for an ADC Accreditation Day.
