Word from the CEO In line with our commitment to advancing ADR in Australia, we endeavour to provide up-to-date resources that assist commercial Australia, and Dispute Resolution practitioners in their work. In an exciting initiative, ADC will be launching its new Financial Services Dispute Resolution procedures on 20 March 2019. To help you leverage Australia’s growing Arbitration sector, or simply to know more about it, we are delighted to invite you to a dynamic panel seminar on International Commercial Arbitration (ICA) on 21 March 2019. Five of Australia’s leading ICA practitioners will share their insights and experience in this growing market. I am thrilled to announce that The Hon. Chief Justice Michael Grant will be presenting the inaugural ADR Address at the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory on 30 May 2019. We very much look forward to his Honour’s Address.
